นายธนบูรณ์ชัย อร่ามเรือง รองนายกเทศมนตรีตำบลเขมราฐ กล่าวต้อนรับคณะศึกษาดูงานจากองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลทุ่งเทิง อำเภอเดชอุดม จังหวัดอุบลราชธานี ที่ได้จัดโครงการอบรมและพัฒนาศักยภาพคณะกรรมการกองทุนหลักประกันสุขภาพองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลทุ่งเทิง คณะอนุกรรมการการจัดบริการดูแลผู้สูงอายุระยะยาวที่มีภาสะพึ่งพิง คณะทำงานและเจ้าหน้าที่ที่ปฏิบัติงานกองทุนหลักประกันสุขภาพองค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลทุ่งเทิง ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2568 เข้ามาแลกเปลี่ยนเรียนรู้กิจกรรมจากทางเทศบาลตำบลเขมราฐ เรื่อง การดำเนินงานหลักประกันสุขภาพท้องถิ่น โดยมีนายนรังสรรค์ หมิ่งทอง ผู้อำนวยการกองสาธารณสุข เป็นวิทยากร บรรยายเกี่ยวกับการบริหารจัดการชุมชน

В «Трезвый Центр Коломна» подход другой: ещё на этапе звонка специалист уточняет длительность запоя, объёмы и виды алкоголя, наличие гипертонии, ИБС, диабета, заболеваний печени и почек, неврологических проблем, список уже принятых препаратов, эпизоды потери сознания, судорог, странного поведения. На основании этих данных определяется, безопасен ли формат на дому или сразу нужен стационар. Такая сортировка позволяет вовремя перехватить опасные случаи, не терять часы на бесполезные попытки и сразу запускать те схемы, которые реально снижают риски и стабилизируют состояние.
