Врач остаётся на адресе до завершения основных процедур, контролирует реакцию, при необходимости корректирует план и чётко проговаривает, как пациент должен проводить ближайшие 24–72 часа. Если по ходу работы выявляются признаки угрозы (начальные симптомы делирия, тяжёлые аритмии, нестабильное давление, выраженная дезориентация), нарколог рекомендует стационар и помогает семье организовать перевод. Это честный и безопасный подход: не любой ценой «отработать выезд», а сделать так, чтобы помощь действительно снижала риски.
